Texas Foreign Language Association - Annual Fall Conference

Registration Details

  • The pre-registration (on-line) deadline is October 6, 2017.
  • Registration does not include TFLA membership. Attendees must be current members of TFLA to attend the conference. Visit http://my.tfla.info to check your membership status or to become a member of TFLA. Memberships must be valid through October 15, 2017. (Send an e-mail to treasurer@tfla.info if you have a question about your membership status.)
  • 12 hours of CPE credit will be given for 2 days of attendance. Certificates will be issued after November 5, 2017 – if payment in full has been received.
  • All registrations after October 6, 2017 must be made by credit card.
  • Business Administrators can register multiple attendees from the school district and pay through their office. See “Register Multiple Attendees” below.
  • By registering for this event, you are giving TFLA permission to use any photographs taken.

Payment Information

  • Conference registration may be paid via credit card, Pre-Pay from a school district, or Purchase Order (see below).
  • The preferred method of payment is by credit card. For assistance with credit card payments, contact Susan Dworaczyk at treasurer@tfla.info.

Purchase Order Information:

  • The on-line system will generate an e-mail invoice if payment is to be made by purchase order, and your conference attendance will be paid for by a school check.
  • Payment by Purchase Order will not be available after October 6, 2017.
  • All Purchase Orders must be received on or before October 6, 2017 in order to be registered for the conference. (This is the payment due date on the invoice.)
  • When registering by Purchase Order, if you do not currently have a PO number provided by your school, you may enter TBD instead.
  • Once registration is complete, the system will generate an invoice which you can print and submit to the financial office of your school or school district in order to receive a Purchase Order.

October 6:Pre-registration deadline (Pre-registration amount is $165.00.)
After October 6:All registrations will be on-site. (On-site registration is $175.00.)

Register Multiple Attendees

  • Business Administrators, you can register multiple attendees from your district or school and pay from your office. Simply register the first person following the instructions below (Continue to registration). When you get to the confirmation page, click on Register Another Attendee and register the next person. All the common fields (school district, address, etc) will be filled out; you will only need to enter the information specific to each person.
  • IMPORTANT: If you wish to have a copy of each person's invoice, you must print their invoice once you reach the confirmation page for each individual.
  • To check the membership status of the attendees that you are registering, contact Susan Dworaczyk at treasurer@tfla.info.
