Welcome to the invoice generation system for the Standing Strong: Falls Prevention and Management Symposium

This system only generates an invoice for those who need one in order to obtain a check or purchase order to register. You will not be registered for the conference until you have mailed in your check and the registration form. The form and payment must arrive on or before September 11. A link to the registration form will be provided at the end of the process.

Once you have a purchase order number, you may also use it to register online instead of mailing in the form. You will have an opportunity to print the invoice at the conclusion of this process, and one will also be emailed to you. If registering more than one person, all must be from the same organization, and you will have an opportunity to designate who receives the email.
