Charles Gallatin

ExpoTex Director Charles E. Gallatin, CAE, CEM,CTM, has over 20 years of hands-on experience with exhibiting, trade shows and associations. His experience includes developing shows from the ground up, exhibit sales and marketing. He has handled the move-in and move-out of a variety of expositions, developed award-winning show prospectuses, and presented exhibitor education seminars. In addition to his direct experience, Gallatin has served the exposition industry as a whole through his contributions to the International Association of Exposition & Events (IAEE). He is a Past President of the Central Texas Chapter of IAEM, and has served on the Board or as a committee chair since 1991. He helped develop the chapter’s first exposition training certification study group, and is the recipient of IAEM-CTC’s highest honor, the Award of Excellence for Service. He has also received the prestigious Merit Award for service from the international organization.

Trish Morrison

As a former project manager in high tech and a marketing director in the non-profit and higher education sectors, Trish Morrison, Director of Business Development, has experience rooted in project and information management in the field of marketing. She has written Web content, brochures, print, radio and television ad copy, specification documentation, annual reports and marketing and business plans. Trish has managed multiple, high-level events and has served as a company spokesperson. Her favorite part of any job has been working with customers and vendors and believes that with any event, no detail is too small and no problem too big to solve. She received her Master of Business Administration from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.

Megan Huttenmaier

Megan Huttenmaier brings a marketing and design background to ExpoTex. She develops and maintains registration databases, supervises registration onsite, handles meeting details with venues, and performs other event management functions. Megan’s experience with registration systems, especially internet-based programs, has been invaluable to our clients and their registrants. She has extensive customer-relations skills and is particularly adept at easing the concerns and addressing the questions of registrants dealing with online registration. Megan is a Cum Laude graduate of Oklahoma State University.
